Shipping Details

We understand it's hard waiting for something you've ordered online, so we try our best to get your order to you as soon as possible. All artworks will be send via Australia Post. Postage includes a bubbled wrapped artworks in a box. Postage Australia-wide will be quoted when purchasing.

However, all Envy Me Jewellery items are made-to-order therefore it may take about 1-2 weeks turnover. Please remember once your order has been posted, the duration time is out of our control.  

All Envy Me Jewellery are sent via regular mail through Australia Post. Postage price includes the packaging of your purchase and the post satchel or box. Postage Australia-wide will be $3.50. 

Processing Times

Custom order may take up to 3 weeks before sending (not including delivery times) as there is only one person making as much as they possibly can. 

Return Policy

Artworks will be packaged to the highest standard to avoid damage. Please contact Monique Vlaanderen if there are any issues.

Envy me Jewellery understands that earrings are very fragile therefore if you receive your order and something is faulty please contact us ASAP and we are happy to exchange the item with the cost of postage on us. If the item is unreplacable, we will give a full refund once the item is returned.
